Intake assessment

Service Description

When this appointment is booked, you will be sent intake forms. In order to maximize your in clinic experience, these need to be filled out in advance of the in person appointment time. During your in person appointment, we have a sit down together and review your information. Medical history, habits, hobbies, and future goals are explored and a plan is created to address any sticking points in your empowerment plan. A decision is made at that time whether to start with EFT, Reiki or BioResonance based on personal history, goals, and objectives. All options including IV Therapy and Shamanic practices are also reviewed. Payment The investment for the initial assessment and session is valued at $175 and usually takes close to two hours. Bundle packages for services are available. All are payable by credit card, via PayPal, or via e-transfer to theenergymedicineclinc@gmail.com . Payment is due before each session unless an alternative payment plan is discussed.
